[Weber] Auto Labeler for Legi-Air 4050P Palette

The Weber Legi-Air 4050P pallet autolabeler is specially designed for labeling on mobile or stationary phases and offers more benefits in terms of speed, security, coverage, size and ease of service.

Double-sided labeling
With the Legi-Air 4050P, you can apply labels on two adjacent sides of a pallet. Depending on the application, up to 7 pallets can be processed per minute. Variable data such as text, barcodes or logos are accurately and legibly printed on the label immediately prior to application. Labels are applied continuously using swing arm technology with diagonal bars. This patented process is very safe. For example, in the event of a power outage, if the pallet flows back and hits the applicator arm that has been unfolded for labeling, the diagonal bar automatically pushes the arm.

Flexible function
Products of various dimensions can be labeled due to the large 400mm radius of the swing arm. Thanks to the Tamp-Blow, the Legi-Air 4050P can flexibly label boxes, cartons and other types of packaging, including convex or concave product surfaces. In addition, the symmetrical design allows labeling in any installation position. With a compact size of 1000 x 800 x 1200 mm (L x W x H), the Legi-Air 4050P can be easily installed in existing production environments.

Easy service
The Legi-Air 4050P has a built-in service interval counter that informs the user of the next service date. The quick and easy replacement of individual component parts due to wear, for example, is a practical function due to the modular construction. For example, a print module can be replaced with 5 bolts and 2 cables.
