Nozzle &

It is a method of marking by opening and closing the nozzle and spraying paint every time it moves a certain distance while moving the marking nozzle according to the character shape by the X-Y stage equipped with a servo system. Therefore, narrowing the spraying time interval results in a continuous line character, and increasing the time interval results in a dot character.

  • Since one nozzle forms a letter along the X-Y axis, it is possible to print any size, pattern, or mark.
  • It is easy to apply the character recognition system as the character type can be set and changed through the monitor screen.
  • Marking of small characters is also possible. 20mm(H) x 15mm(W)
  • Since the atomize type nozzle is used, the paint consumption for hot materials is reduced compared to other methods.
  • The target material can control the amount of paint sprayed by temperature information, and mark characters of a certain thickness.
  • It has a structure to prevent nozzle clogging.
