The Weber Legi-Air 2050 is a low-cost auto labeler that is easy to operate and install.

Designed for the automated label printing and application process on the production line, the compact Legi-Air 2050 autolabel system can be used in semi-automatic mode where automatic labeling is not required, and the system is a label printer and issuing system to allow users to manually apply labels. It can also be used as a system.

Non-contact labeling at various heights

The compact, rugged system provides maximum performance using a highly efficient low energy tamp blow applicator for non-contact labeling. Variable stroke automatically labels products of various heights. The system clarifies that the label is in the correct position before blowing the label over the product and applying it.

Labels measuring 80 X 60mm can be applied at 25 speeds per minute, and higher application speeds are possible depending on the label material, format and application.

The 600 meter long ribbon allows the Legi-Air 2050 autolabeler to print labels continuously over long periods of time. If a ribbon or label needs to be replaced, the modular design and printer mechanism make it easy to access, making the replacement quick and easy.

Print without compromise

The label printer used by the Legi-Air 2050 autolabeler is SATO’s CLNX series with 300dpi resolution. This label printer can use many programming languages such as ZPL, DPL, IPL and TPL without changing any settings. Label printer errors can be easily diagnosed in the messaging system on the printer panel, and you can watch a video showing how to fix the errors on the printer display. The Legi-Air 2050 autolabeler can print labels from as little as 40 x 30 mm to DIN A6 format or larger labels and attach them in the correct position.
